Will you disrupt my business while you work?
No. We work out-of-hours by default for commercial sites — early mornings, evenings, weekends, or whenever your operation is closed. For 24/7 sites we section off the work area and stage the job so customer-facing zones are never affected. We've cleaned during half-terms for schools, between checkouts for hotels, and overnight for warehouses.
What insurance and accreditations do you carry?
£5m public liability, £10m employers' liability, full PPE and working-at-height training, RAMS provided for every job. DBS-checked when working in schools, nurseries and care homes. Insurance and accreditation certificates emailed on request before any quote is signed off.
How does multi-property pricing work?
For 3+ properties we discount by 10–20% depending on volume and proximity. Single invoice covers all sites. Recurring contracts (quarterly gutters, annual roof + soft-wash) get further volume pricing locked in for 12 months. Useful for landlords, management companies, multi-site operators (pubcos, care groups, school trusts).
Do you offer net 30 invoicing?
Yes — 30-day net invoicing for established businesses, schools, councils, and trade-credit-checked companies. New commercial accounts: 50% on agreement, 50% on completion. Bank transfer, BACS, or cheque accepted. We can also quote against your purchase order system.
What does a typical commercial scope include?
Anything exterior. Most common: roof soft-wash (large pitched or flat), gutter clearing + downpipe rodding, full building soft-wash (cladding, render, brickwork, soffits, fascias), car parks, loading bays, walkways, signage cleaning. We do not do internal cleans or window cleaning rounds — but we can refer you to trusted partners for those.
